Hello everyone. I am Kazuhiko Koike, the President of the Organization of Japan Digestive Disease Week (JDDW).

JDDW 2027 will be held at the Kobe Convention Center from Thursday, October 28th to Saturday, October 30th. As usual, there will be a 3-day general program and educational lectures by e-learning from the 4th day. In principle, it will be held in a hybrid format, with on-site presentations, and on-demand viewing is also possible.

In addition to the presentation of the latest research results in gastroenterology, the integrated program will feature themes unique to JDDW that are common to gastroenterology, such as "Current status, Challenges, and future prospects of immunotherapy in GI diseases".

We hope that many of you will visit Kobe, and that the JDDW conference will be a fulfilling one. We look forward to your participation.
